     Pematangsiantar City (often abbreviated as Siantar only) is one of the cities in North Sumatra Province and the second-largest city in the Province after Medan. Because of the strategic location of Pematangsiantar, it is crossed by the Trans Sumatra Highway. The city has an area of 79.97 km2. Tasak Telu - staples food of Karo culture

      Tasak telu is a typical food of Karo culture  from North Sumatera, Indonesia with the basic ingredients of the village chicken.  Especially Tasak telu eaten with rice. It’s so delicious!        This food consists of boiled chicken mixed with chicken blood, cassava leaves, and grated coconut. While ordinary chicken meat cooking water is also served as a soup. Besides, that soup can be drunk after all is eaten .  The soup has much nutrition, so this soup is very healthy for the body.         This food always staples the food of Karo culture. Because this food is low fat and halal for anyone who eats it especially for our fellow Muslims. Why low fat? because basic ingredients of Tasak Telu is village chicken.
